From rising seas to stronger storms, our communities are facing real challenges. Jake Bittle, author of The Great Displacement, will examine the social, economic, and cultural consequences of forced migrations due to climate change. Bittle's work serves as a call to action, underscoring the need for systemic solutions to address climate change.
During the evening's conversation, Jake will be joined by local voices highlighting the creative, community-driven efforts already underway here on Cape Cod to adapt, respond, and protect what we love most.
Dan Wolf, the moderator for the evening, is a former Massachusetts State Senator and Founder & Board Chair of Cape Air. He will be joined by Paul Niedzwiecki, CEO of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and Kristy Senatori, Executive Director of the Cape Cod Commission, all of whom serve on the Board of Directors of the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative, the presenting partner for this event.
