Ticket Agent
Handle all reservations for the ferries, fishing boats, harbor cruise vessels. Answer questions in person and on the phone, provide information, process reservations, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Dock Staff North End - Part Time
Respond courteously and accurately to questions posed by the public. Handle mooring lines and gangways and assist in passenger boarding. 15 years old and up eligible to apply
Dock Staff - Full Time or Part Time
Dock Staff handle mooring lines, set up signage and boarding lines, maintain control of the luggage cart area, help passengers remove luggage from vehicles and loading and off-loading onto carts, load bicycles, and other items.
Deckhand
Summary: Deckhands are charged with oversight of passengers and their safety, securing the decks, performing engine checks in accordance with protocol, handling the boat lines for docking and departing, and ensuring the vessel is clean.
