We're excited to welcome registered school groups to WaterWORKS on Tuesday, January 13th. Please note that as of Monday, January 12th, registration is now closed for this event. If you have already registered for WaterWORKS, you should have received important information from Grace at gsimpkins@whoi.edu.

WaterWORKS 2026 FAQs

WaterWORKS is Tuesday, January 13, 2026

School groups will be arriving between 9 - 9:30 AM
All schools will attend a welcome session scheduled to begin at 9:30 AM.
Schools will be divided into groups, and each chaperone will be given a schedule and exhibitor map. Each group will be able to participate in at least one MassHIRE panel discussion as well as a lunch block.

The student session wraps up by 1:00 PM

Yes. WaterWORKS's backup date is Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Follow your local news outlets for updates on weather-related closures. This event follows Cape Cod Community College's guidelines for weather delays or school closures.

Free lunch will be provided in Grossman Commons.

WaterWORKS 2026 is open to all high school students.
