Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket area high school students in grades 11 & 12 are invited to attend WaterWORKS 2027 on Tuesday, January 12 from 9 AM - 1 PM. WaterWORKS organizers will reach out to school guidance counselors, STEM instructors, and administrators to connect with students. School representatives can register on behalf of interested students using the form below.
Each school should appoint a primary contact person to register all students from their respective school, and also provide the name(s) and contact details for at least 1-2 chaperones accompanying your students that day. WaterWORKS is Tuesday, January 12, 2027
School groups should plan on arriving between 9 - 9:25 AM
All schools will attend a welcome session scheduled to begin promptly at 9:30 AM.
Each chaperone will be given a schedule and exhibitor map. All attendees will be able to attend at least one MassHIRE panel discussion as well as a lunch block.
WaterWORKS career day programming will end at 1:00 PM
Yes. WaterWORKS's backup date is Tuesday, March 16, 2027
Follow your local news outlets for updates on weather-related closures. This event follows Cape Cod Community College's guidelines for weather delays or school closures.
Free lunch will be provided in Grossman Commons.
WaterWORKS 2027 is intended for Juniors and Seniors, as well as anyone pursuing a GED through MassHire or Cape Cod Community College.
Exhibitors come from a wide variety of water-related jobs such as fishing, aquaculture, technology and innovation, climate resilience, environmental stewardship, boating, and more. A listing of exhibitors will be shared online as we get closer to the event.
